Refund Policy

We offer a full refund on any product, opened or unopened, returned within 30 days of delivery. Call 888-340-1950 or email [email protected] to start a refund. Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to your original card within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Return Policy

Contact customer service by phone and obtain an RMA number. Send the product back to 1575 S River Road, Saint George, UT 84790 within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. You pay for return shipping.
